Travelling Cables Cardigan Knit-A-Long

Can anyone help me out... I have done the back and the left front but I am having a time trying to switch the directions from the left front the the right front. Did someone write them out and if so could they email me the directions.

Has anyone knitted the Traveling Cable? This is a tough pattern and I have received no
help from the company that published it. I am having trouble converting the left side so that I can knit the right side... is there anyone out there who can help me?
